I do have section 8 .... I went 3 months without an oven/stove and the unit had a fire q week after moving in and it took this lady 5 months to fix it yet she demanded rent in full. If you don’t want to deal with maintenance do not be a landlord. Saying you’re annoyed because a tenant is calling with legitimate issues means you are a slumlord.

Hi my tenants always paid rent late, then haven’t paid since december i am now evicting them but they requested a jury trial which is aggravating to me because he is a real estate agent who is just trying to delay and play the system and not pay. I’m so stressed out and just hope this nightmare is over i hope the court sees my side is the truth and they don’t pay so they have to go

Great Important Informational Video, now i know why my Dad & Mom started me with learning how to work on houses in 1971, and My Mom always had to deal with the white collar Legalism and my Dad always Dealt with the blue collar Legalism until 1984 then I had to start fixing the houses and deal with the tenants. My Mom and Me were good business partners until she past away Dec 2018. I would say out of the 14 other trades i learned is that Real state and property management have been by far the Best profitables

Basically you have to be perfect and we know that'll never happen for anyone rental property or not there is no perfect tenant nor a perfect landlord basically is about the money and some of these landlords can't even pay their own bills this old system consider you as a nobody if you don't have any money they don't really care about what you are going through this is so sad because you actually can be a very nice tenant and actually doing the best that you can it used to be twice the amount of Rent Now is three times the amount of money you have to have what's next this is so so sad😢😢

In Ohio, LL has 30 days to send itemized list of deductions(if any) and money due, if tenants has provided new address. If sec dep is greater than a month's rent, then it must be put into an interest bearing account after the initial 6 months.
